Do you like battle royales? Do you like anime waifus? Today's a good day to be you, then. Saroasis Studios just revealed their next F2P project and it happens to intersect with both of your interests.
Fate Trigger: The Novita will release in 2025 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and mobile devices, but you can get a look at it now in the trailer below or try and get into upcoming closed alphas starting on September 25th. That said, there doesn't seem to be a location to sign up just yet. The tweet below offers a sign up link, but it just takes you to the Steam page, which doesn't have a "Request Access" button or anything on it yet.
You can follow their social media to take a shot at winning an Amazon gift card, though.
Get ready for the first look at Fate Trigger! https://t.co/urTwceiZYJ to join the Closed Alpha! ✨

Fate Trigger is a hero-based battle royale, so you'll be choosing from a lineup of anime-inspired ladies, each with their own skill and ability set. Sure, you'll be taking on the normal battle royale tropes like loadout, squad-ing up, trying to gear up and survive...you know the drill on that front by now.
The team developed Fate Trigger in Unreal Engine 5 and is boasting features like a short time to kill, unique environments made from floating rock islands, and a somewhat interesting call-out on the Steam page regarding a commitment to keeping cheaters out of the game.
