A renowned tech leaker has just shared the rumored Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Super specs, and if they’re accurate, this new gaming GPU looks like a much better option than the current RTX 5070. According to this new rumor, the new graphics card will not only have more VRAM than the existing RTX 5070, but unlike the rumored RTX 5080 Super, will also have some beefier GPU specs, with more CUDA cores at its disposal.
That’s not to say the current $549 Nvidia GPU is bad, but in the testing for my GeForce RTX 5070 review, I found that the card would just fall over at some game settings, simply because it didn’t have enough VRAM available. Meanwhile, the competing AMD Radeon RX 9070 is more expensive when it comes to real-world pricing, but is generally more powerful across the board, even if it can’t cope with Doom The Dark Ages path tracing.
