Harvest Hollow Returns To RuneScape For Some Halloween Fun

Another day in October, another Halloween event post. This time, it’s RuneScape that’s getting into the Halloween spirit with the return of Harvest Hollow. The event kicked off today in the free-to-play MMORPG and will run for about a month, ending on November 10. The festivities include a few new quests and activities, starting with Guys and Dolls, which has players helping Guy the gnome ghost and Doyle the scarecrow get everything ready for a couple of skilling activities.

The first of these activities is “Gourd Times Ahead”. Players will be tasked with growing pumpkins to earn Farming XP as well as Spooky Tokens. Players are also warned that not all the pumpkins will be ordinary. Although we should probably assume that since it seems we’re grown them on grave plots.

The other event, “Lightmare on Hollow Street” has players stoking multicolored flames to light up the Hollow. Feed logs to the fire to earn Firemaking XP and more Spooky Tokens. As for what can be done with those tokens, they can be spent in Rynold’s Harvest Boon shop for various goodies.

Of course, classic activities will be returning as well. The Amaize Maize Maze is back and players can expect clan ceremony bonfires every Sunday at 8:00 PM game time.
