Old School RuneScape Launches “Grid Master” Event That Non-Members Can Participate In Too

Old School RuneScape has launched a new four-week event titled “Grid Master.” It’s a spin on the free-to-play MMORPG’s gameplay with a bingo-inspired mode that blends competition, strategy, and nostalgia. Available from October 15 to November 12, this single-player event challenges players to complete in-game tasks across a 7x7 grid, unlocking rewards as they advance through bossing, skilling, and speed-running objectives.

Drawing inspiration from popular community-driven modes like Clan Bingo and Leagues, Grid Master offers a balance of accessibility and depth. Players can tackle the challenges at their own pace. Progressing through the grid earns boosted XP and Grid Points, which can be traded for exclusive cosmetic items, including the Grid Tabard, Login Screen Chapel Cosmetics, and the Grid Swords & Emblem.

This event is open to both members and non-members, so all players may experience boosted XP rates, special relics, and limited-edition rewards. The first three players to fully complete their grid will earn the right to design a relic for the next Leagues event.
