Path Of Exile’s Keepers Of The Flame Update Goes Live Tomorrow

Tomorrow at 9:00 AM Pacific time, Grinding Gear Games will be bringing Path of Exile down for about three hours to implement the action RPG’s next League, Keepers of the Flame. In this new update, players will be working to stop the Breachlords, who are attempting to make their way through Wraeclast, using the flame from Ailith. Players will fight Breach monsters in the Mud Flats where they are constructing a hive.

In this update, players can test their skills in Standard, Hardcore, and Solo Self-Found variations of the Keepers challenge league, which includes a set of 40 new challenges. There are also eight new challenges in Ruthless Keepers. Completing specific numbers of these challenges will earn players pieces of the Flame Amour Set as well as pieces of the Keepers Totem Pole decoration for their hideout.

The new update will push quite a few changes in the game, enough that you’ll want to read the patch notes to find out about them all. That said, Bloodline Classes have been added to the base game to allow for more endgame character customization. These secondary Ascendancy Classes can be allocated using normal Ascendancy Passive skill points and players have the ability to determine how many to use.
