Vindictus’ Latest Update Continues The Space Time Distortion Raid Series

There’s some funky stuff going on with time and space in Vindictus’ latest update. Featuring the fourth part of the Space Time Distortion raid series, “Usurper’s Throne”, the update provides the free-to-play MMORPG's raiders with a new raid featuring unique mechanics and a boss with the ability to mess with both space and time.

The ‘Spirit Lord Taros’ has absorbed the “Masterless Power” and now features weapons and combat patterns that make him a different entity than players have dealt with before. The fight includes new combat mechanics in which players who are hit by certain attacks will be forced to deal with increased damage for the rest of the fight. Completing the raid will earn players premium rewards, including gear, enchants, and other items.

If you’re worried about the new mechanics, you’ll be able to practice them in the newly enhanced practice mode that allows for full customization of boss health pools. The new feature applies not just to raids, but also to special dungeons and different encounters. The boss’ health can be adjusted by 10% increments, ranging from a minimum of 30% to a maximum of 200%.
