Yesterday, during the PlayStation State of Play, NetEase showed off its next free-to-play action RPG, Sea of Remnants. Developed by Joker Studio, the game casts players in the role of an amnesiac puppet-like sailor who travels with a mysterious girl across the seas. During their journey, they will explore uncharted islands and a mysterious city.

They’ll also meet an eclectic group of characters while taking part in open-world exploration, naval combat, and more. All the while, the player will work to learn about their own identity and the fate of the world. The game focuses heavily on memory.
