Sea Of Remnants Closed Alpha Test Is Now Live

Alright folks, you know the drill. If you applied to tae part in the closed alpha test for Joker Studio's rather whimsical-looking puppet-pirate adventure, Sea of Remnants, you'll want to check your email -- if you already haven't. And don't forget to look in the spam folder. The test is live on PC and Steam today.

This means that would-be player can hop into the open-world RPG, take on the role of a "puppetfolk sailor", explore the vast ocean, fight strange creatures, and visit the pirate city of Orbtopia -- a city that will change over time based on player actions. In addition, players have more than 400 companion they can form bonds with, meaning they'll leave a real mark on the game's world. One of these companions was featured in a new trailer shared by Joker Studio and publisher NetEase today in honor of the CBT launch. The video can be viewed below.
