How to get water in Dune Awakening

How do you get water in Grounded 2? It's hot out there in the park. When you're the literal size of an ant, even small spills can become veritable lagoons. But sources you'd otherwise consider as dry as the desert can become viable ways to sustain yourself and your teammates for days.
