Blizzard locks in dates for WoW 11.2, Season 3, and final The War Within raid

The War Within has been a stellar World of Warcraft expansion thus far, and what will be its final major update (bar an unexpected roadmap shakeup) is almost here. Update 11.2, Ghosts of K’Aresh, and WoW Season 3 were always slated to drop in August alongside the MMO’s next massive raid, and now Blizzard has confirmed exactly when everything will drop. Things kick off on Tuesday, August 5, which sees the next story expansion to The War Within’s campaign arrive alongside some new activities. Then, a week later, WoW 11.2, Season 3, and the higher difficulty modes of the new Manaforge Omega raid, will hit the game.
