Frostpunk is a survival, strategy, city builder, and simulation video game. It was developed and published by 11 bit studios. The game was first released on April 23, 2018. Players can enjoy Frostpunk in single-player mode. The game tasks players with managing the infrastructure and people of the last city on Earth to ensure its survival. Frostpunk has been updated since its initial release to include new content. This includes Endless Mode with three different ways to play, a new scenario called The Fall of Winterhome, character and automaton naming options, and a photo mode. All of these updates are free for existing players. There are also three expansions available through a paid Season Pass. The main story in Frostpunk can be completed in approximately 10 hours. Adding the extras increases the playtime to around 24 hours. A completionist playthrough will take roughly 58 hours.
