What is Magicka?
Magicka is a satirical action-adventure game set in a fantasy world based on Norse mythology. The player takes on the role of a wizard from a sacred order who must stop an evil sorcerer. The evil sorcerer has thrown the world into turmoil, and his creations are attacking the forces of good. Players can combine elements to cast spells that cause destruction to the minions of darkness.
Players can team up with friends to fight through the campaign or test their skills in other challenging modes. Magicka allows for up to four players to participate in a grand adventure to save their world. The main story takes approximately ten hours to complete, while the main story plus extras will take around sixteen hours. A completionist playthrough of Magicka can take up to forty-five hours.
