About
Mother Russia Bleeds is an action fighting title developed by Le Cartel Studio and published by Devolver Digital. Released on September 4, 2016, this indie arcade game supports single-player or co-op modes for up to four players. The narrative follows a group of imprisoned street fighters working within an alternate U.S.S.R setting. These characters must defeat oppressive criminal authority while managing forced drug addictions through any means necessary. Players can choose between an exceptional story mode campaign or the savage Survival Mode to test their resolve. The game takes place in environments including hardened ghettos, violent prisons, grim laboratories, and decadent clubs. Combat mechanics allow users to punch, claw, and stab opponents while utilizing powerful narcotics for a drug-fueled rage. Users can find additional supplies by extracting them from the veins of fallen foes to fill their syringes. The main story length is approximately four hours, extending to five hours when including extras. Completing all aspects of the game requires about eight hours of playtime. Local co-op features let players select a combatant to go alone or rumble alongside friends in an ultraviolent session.
