About

Shift Happens is an action indie title developed by Klonk Games and published by Daedalic Entertainment, released on February 22, 2017. The game features both single-player and multiplayer modes, allowing players to engage in co-op experiences or tackle specific levels alone. Two jello jelly creatures named Bismo and Plom serve as the main characters who can exchange their size and abilities at will due to a tragic accident. Players work together to navigate four distinct stages within stylized imaginary worlds by shifting mass and throwing each other. The adventure takes place across four totally different environments, starting with a freaked out laboratory where the characters met. Next, players explore overgrown green forests to uncover secrets before moving on to dry canyons guarded by a deadly wind. The journey concludes in bitingly cold caves that test survival skills. While the main story lasts about seven hours, adding extras extends playtime to ten hours for those seeking more content. A completionist run requires sixteen hours of gameplay to finish all available stages.
