About
Dead Rising 2: Off the Record is an action and adventure title developed and published by Capcom that was released on October 11, 2011. The game features both single-player and co-op modes allowing players to experience the story alone or with others. You play as Frank West, a photojournalist who previously covered the Willamette incident in the original Dead Rising. This installment presents a re-imagined version of the Fortune City outbreak where Frank takes center stage again. The storyline offers an entirely new experience distinct from the previous entry in the series. Players will encounter twisted enemies and construct outrageous combo weapons while following a unique mission structure. Exploration includes brand new areas within Fortune City designed to help Frank secure his biggest scoop yet. One specific location is Uranus Zone, a theme park filled with deadly rides and crazy attractions that serves as a zombie-killing paradise. The main story takes approximately 13 hours to complete if you focus only on the primary narrative. Adding extras extends the playtime to around 20 hours for those who want more content beyond the core plot. Completing all aspects of the game requires about 41 hours of gameplay to achieve full completionist status.
