About
Emily Wants To Play is an indie adventure game developed by Shawn Hitchcock and published by Hitchcock Games. The title was released on December 10, 2015, and falls within the casual, simulation, action, strategy, and adventure genres. This single-player experience places you in a scenario where you are delivering a pizza at 11pm to the last house on your route. The setting features a property with boarded-up windows and an overgrown yard, yet the lights are on and the front door is open. You arrive during a storm and announce that your pizza is ready, but no one answers before stepping inside due to the rain. Once you enter, the front door closes behind you, trapping you in the house. Your goal is to figure out how to escape after realizing you should not have entered the strange location. Inside, you can freely roam the environment while investigating what is going on. You will encounter three dolls and a strange girl named Emily as you explore further.
