About
Mordheim: City of the Damned is a turn-based tactical game developed by Rogue Factor and published by Nacon. Released on November 18, 2015, this title serves as the first video game adaptation of Games Workshop's tabletop game Mordheim. The game falls under the genres of Fantasy, RPG, Strategy, and Turn-based gameplay. Players can experience both single-player and multi-player modes within the Warhammer World setting. The story takes place in a decimated Empire city where a twin-tailed comet crash transformed the location into a terrifying battlefield. Rival warbands fight fiercely for control of key neighborhoods to acquire valuable Wyrdstone fragments while seeking glory and fortune. The game blends RPG elements with fast-paced tactical combat and intricate unit customization. Only the strongest survive in this time wrought by chaos and rivalry. Visitors can choose from iconic Mordheim warbands such as the Sisters of Sigmar and the Cult of the Possessed. These units lead troops in epic battles where fame and glory await within the four corners of the City of the Damned. Completing multiple missions in the solo campaign relies on strategy as your best ally. The version available on GOG does not include online features but includes the HIRED SWORDS DLC BUNDLE 2 containing Doomweaver and Wolf-Priest of Ulric. The main story length is approximately 16 hours, while the main story plus extras extends to 57 hours. A completionist playthrough requires about 80 hours to finish all content. This description covers the factual details provided for the game without adding unlisted information or features.
