Four playable characters are available for use, with the ability to swap between them in real time during the unlockable Relay Mode. The combat system centers on a new combo mechanism that links punches and kicks together. Quickly knocking enemies down keeps them stunned or launches them into the air for juggling opportunities. Maintaining these combos fills the Super meter faster to unleash devastating attacks. Players can also locate and utilize various weapons such as crowbars, swords, and machine guns throughout the experience.
