About
POSTAL is an action and indie title developed and published by Running With Scissors that launched on November 14, 1997. The game features single-player gameplay where players take control of The Postal Dude in his first outing to survive a world gone mad. This classic isometric shooter offers fast-paced explosive action as players face crazed gunmen around every corner. You must get the attackers before they get you while fighting back with a destructive arsenal through a violence-stricken town. New control options allow users to operate with a mouse or dual analog sticks instead of traditional tank controls. Players can gather friends for LAN multiplayer sessions that support co-op or deathmatch modes for up to 16 participants. The experience includes twenty-two levels comprising the original sixteen-level campaign, four from the Special Delivery expansion, and two previously Japanese-exclusive levels. You can test your skills across these various stages within the game. The main story length is approximately three hours, while the main story plus extras extends to four hours total. Completionists may spend up to eleven hours to finish all available content.
