Rogue Lords is an indie role-playing strategy game published by Nacon and developed by Leikir Studio and Cyanide Studio. It was released on September 29, 2021, as a single-player title that lets players assume the role of the Devil. In this dark fantasy roguelike, you lead famous evil geniuses through turn-based fights to spread terror and corruption. You can use your evil powers to change the game's rules to your advantage during these encounters. The narrative begins with a tale of a weakened devil who fled the world after defeat by forces of good. Decades later, this character returns with faithful Disciples to seek revenge on Demon Hunters who have become all-powerful. The story takes place in hell where the protagonist sought refuge before returning to exact vengeance. A new religion called the Sanctua L has emerged while the world changed during the devil's absence. Players can run after run to manage their team as they face unforeseen events and combat scenarios. Unlocking new skills allows you to create powerful synergies that turn situations in your favor at critical moments. Collecting ancient artefacts is necessary to finally take revenge on the Demon Hunters. The main story takes approximately 22 hours to complete, while including extras extends playtime to around 38 hours. Completing all content requires about 39 hours of gameplay.
