Stray is an indie adventure game developed by BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive. It was released on July 19, 2022. The game is played from a third-person perspective. Players control a stray cat who must solve an ancient mystery to escape a forgotten cyberpunk city and find their way home. The game takes place in the detailed, neon-lit alleys of a decaying cyberpunk city and its dark underworld. Players can explore both the upper and lower levels, defend themselves against unexpected threats, and solve the mysteries of this hostile environment inhabited by peaceful drones and dangerous creatures. Players experience the world through the eyes of a stray cat and interact with the environment in playful ways. The main story of Stray takes approximately 5 hours to complete. Adding extras increases the playtime to 6 hours. A completionist playthrough can take up to 10 hours.
