This sequel brings the dinosaur hunter back to PC platforms using a remastered engine that improves graphics for modern computers. The narrative follows Turok after he throws the Chronocepter into a volcano to destroy it, an act that awakens the Primagen instead. Players must restore peace to the land and stop this new force from merging Earth with the nether world. The experience includes a host of missions, locations, weapons, and enemies designed to test combat skills in sprawling environments. Combat involves fighting through thirty-five different types of enemies, ranging from Prehistoric Raptors to evolved Flesh Eaters and the Mother of all beasts. These intelligent foes will attack in groups, flee when outgunned, and take cover during firefights while players navigate every corner.
