Wreckfest is a racing game with demolition derby themes. It features soft-body damage modeling, sophisticated driving dynamics, and in-depth vehicle upgrading. Players can participate in both demolition derbies and more traditional track races. The game was developed by Bugbear, who also created FlatOut 1 & 2. Wreckfest allows players to customize their vehicles with a variety of upgrades and parts. These include reinforced bumpers, roll cages, side protectors for demolition derbies, and engine performance parts like air filters, camshafts, and fuel systems for banger races. Wreckfest offers both single-player and multiplayer modes. The main story can be completed in approximately 18 hours. Extending gameplay with additional content takes around 23 hours. Players looking to achieve a completionist run will need approximately 32 hours.
