About
Pizza Possum is an arcade-style game published by Raw Fury and developed by Cosy Computer that released on September 28, 2023. The title falls under the genres of Action, Indie, Strategy, and Casual, offering both single-player and multiplayer experiences. Players can engage in co-op sessions with a friend to navigate the village environment together. The core objective involves eating as much food as possible while avoiding detection by patrolling guard dogs. You may use items like smoke bombs or punching gloves, along with bushes, to distract or escape from these patrols. The game allows you to move through the village alone or join forces in local co-op modes. Your mission is to reach the top of the village and eat a massive pizza before stealing the crown from the dog leader's head. You can also chase frightened pig and goose neighbors until they drop additional food for you to collect. Completing the crown run three times without getting caught unlocks an experience known as the Tasty Ending. This ending allows you to wear the crowns to scare away the guards while enjoying a symphony of screams, giggles, and taunting sounds. The game offers a main story length of one hour and up to two hours if you include extras. A completionist playthrough can extend your time in the village to four hours total. You can climb your own personal snack high score as you progress through the levels. The mechanics include becoming bloatable as you consume more food during your hide-and-seek action. Risking it all for one final crumb of food is part of the gameplay loop available in this short experience.Read moreShow less
