The narrative begins with Sam Fisher receiving an important first mission after two CIA agents disappear in T'Bilisi, Georgia. These agents were investigating communications blackouts in the area before their disappearance. Fisher infiltrates the Georgian government to uncover more than a couple of corpses during his investigation. He reveals a threat that will have devastating consequences for the region. The core gameplay involves infiltrating terrorist positions and acquiring critical intelligence by any means necessary. Players must execute missions with extreme prejudice while ensuring they exit without a trace.
