About

Ys SEVEN is an action fantasy RPG published by XSEED Games and developed by Nihon Falcom Corporation, arriving on PC on August 29, 2017. This single-player title marks the first modern-era entry in the series to move from a small screen to a worldwide release. Players can explore a massive overworld while utilizing a full party system that allows them to swap control of characters in real-time during battle. The game offers dozens of unique combat skills for managing encounters across its fantasy setting. The narrative follows redheaded adventurer Adol Christin and his companion Dogi as they navigate the bustling port city of Altago, a former world trading capital. Their journey involves uncovering the secret of the Five Great Dragons to help save the day once again. This version presents the original PSP exclusive in full upscaled HD with a wide variety of resolution options available for selection. The experience runs at smooth 60 fps gameplay and includes full Steamworks integration featuring a variety of new achievements. A revised localization ensures players receive the intended gaming experience without altering the core story or mechanics. The main story takes approximately 22 hours to complete, while including extras extends playtime to around 27 hours. For those aiming to finish all content, the completionist length reaches about 37 hours. These durations reflect the scope of the game's world and the depth provided by its party-based battle system.
