ZERO Sievert is a tense top-down extraction shooter. Players are challenged to scavenge a procedurally-generated wasteland, loot gear, and explore what’s left of a devastated world. The game features single-player gameplay.

The world has ended in ZERO Sievert, which is set in an atmospheric fictitious post-apocalyptic Eastern Europe setting. Players will scavenge equipment across multiple areas with their base of operations being a bunker filled with traders, modding stations, and customizable areas. This bunker provides progression for excursions into the wild wasteland.

Once players are out in the wilds, the situation becomes less secure. Across the five biomes of the game, players initially have little more than a gun and a bottle of water. From there, it is up to them to recover items, take out bandits, and most importantly, get back alive. The nuclear fallout may have impacted some of the local wildlife.

The main story in ZERO Sievert takes approximately 32 hours to complete. Adding extras increases the playtime to 63 hours.
