Do you love Pokémon? Because I sure do. I love it so much that I have Ho-Oh, the Burned Tower from Ecruteak City, and Cyndaquil tattooed on me. You know what else I love? MMOs. Below are all the Pokémon MMOs (as far as I know) that you can play right now, and that are free-to-play.

PokéForce

PokéForce is set in a reimagined Johto region, taking place 17 years after the events of Gold and Silver. There's open-world exploration with linear class-based storylines. Players can choose from classes Trainer, Artisan, and Ranger, each offering unique gameplay loops and progression paths. PokéForce has Wilderness PvP zones, a Needs System that deepens Pokémon care, and a Skill System inspired by life skills in other MMOs. There are dungeons, revamped gym battles, Generation 7 combat mechanics, and custom events, too, as well as shiny hunting and trading with other players. It's not on mobile; just PC.

Pokémon Blaze Online

Pokémon Blaze Online features the custom region Jvaloh alongside Hoenn and Sinnoh. There's Mega Evolution, Dynamax, PvP, day-night cycles, costumes, and mounts. The difficulty is turned up a notch, with gym leaders and wild Pokémon using competitive strategies. Pokémon Blaze Online has quests, a marketplace, and achievements. It's available on Android and Mac too, in addition to PC.

PokéOne

PokéOne offers 3D and 2D hybrid graphics, every Pokémon following the player, unlockable mounts, and a customization system through loot box-style rewards containing items, coins, TMs, and clothing. It features an intuitive user interface and streamlined combat, as well as unique quests and tasks. PokéOne has low encounter rates, so it's grindy, and an extensive single-player experience.

PokeNexus

PokeNexus used to be called Pokémon Planet. It features mining and fishing, besides the usual Pokémon gameplay. There's a rarity system too, which makes rare Pokémon increasingly difficult to find. PokeNexus is available via a browser client, so it can be played on mobile. It has a roster of Pokémon from multiple generations, up to Generation 8. People say it's grindy and lacks depth.

Pokémon Revolution Online

Pokémon Revolution Online features a fresh art style, revamped locations from Pokémon, and additional characters and side quests. It maintains the original gameplay but introduces a unique battle system set in chat bubbles. There are new locations to explore and cosmetic items, so players can express themselves. Pokémon Revolution Online includes PvP, a trainer level system, and guilds. It's available on Mac and PC.

PokeMMO

PokeMMO integrates elements from FireRed, Emerald, and Black & White. Players are able to travel to the regions from these games while battling in real time and trading with others. It is heavily community-driven and offers customization through mods and player-made content. You can play it on mobile, and there's even an app for it.
