Digital Extremes Offers Warframe Players An Early Taste Of “The Old Peace” With An Interactive Prelude

This may seem like late news, what with “The Old Peace” dropping in Warframe tomorrow, but Digital Extremes would like to offer players of the free-to-play shooter a bit of an early look at Tau before the update drops. To do that, they’ve announced an Interactive Prelude that players can experience, uncovering a secret and even earning the game’s first Honoria. (That’s the new player titles.) Players will also earn Focus Lenses that will help them make their way through the Tenno Schools.

The Interactive Prelude is a simulation that takes place in the Ecchymotic Historical Extract. It’s based on accounts of Tau’s ancient battles. So, players should be able to learn some things before taking the full plunge into The Old Peace. Either way, it will help prepare Warframe players for what’s to come and give them something to show off for their efforts.
