Embers Adrift Drops Brief Preview Of Next Week’s Update Featuring A Giant Scarab Beetle

In just one week, on May 28, Embers Adrift will drop its next update. To get MMORPG players excited about the new content, Stormhaven Studios dropped a short teaser today. Something more detailed will be available around the content drop.

The teaser offers players a look at several new pieces of content. Included in these is a new solo dungeon titled “Osric’s Rest”, complete with new mechanics. A new group dungeon will also be arriving. The Dryfoot Fortress seems to take place in the same area as the new Emerald Queen raid encounter. This place is home to new creatures like The Scarabax – imagine a giant scarab beetle...and then imagine an even bigger one and you have the Emerald Queen. Speaking of raids, the update introduces 24-player raid groups with shared raid looting.
