Embers Adrift Releases New Update And Reviews Upcoming Engine Upgrade

There's a new EV in Grimstone Canyon that supports solo, duo/trio, and full group content. It's called the Shrieking Barrows, and it's the latest new content for Embers Adrift. It's intended for players in the mid-30s level range.

There are also plenty of bug fixes and tweaks in the MMORPG's update as well, which you can check out on the Embers Adrift site. Some of the improvements include a new quest titled "Making a Name for Yourself", and improving early quest text to better indicate where the NPC is located.

Next month it looks like the game engine will be getting upgraded from Unity2021 to Unity2022 as the team says that the upgrade is mostly complete. There will have to be extensive testing to make sure nothing breaks, but the engine upgrade sounds like it's right around the corner.
