Update 126 is just about ready for EverQuest 2 players to launch on the live servers. Before that, though, Darkpaw Games is ready to send The Immeasurable Menagerie into an open beta test. If you own the Ballads of Zimara expansion, you're eligible to take the next update for a test drive starting today and ending on August 27th.

On the MMORPG's launch pad, click in the upper left corner and select the "Beta" version to get started. Remember, though, the beta client installs in a separate folder and is about the same size as the live client. Make sure you have the room.
