How do you get a horse in Oblivion Remastered? Getting a horse in Oblivion is essential for traversing Cyrodiil, and though you can get a horse by progressing the main campaign, there's a much easier way to get a free horse early on in your playthrough. You don't have to run everywhere if you don't want to.
