Infold Games has issued an apology to players of the free-to-play open world game Infinity Nikki for the unstable gameplay and content issues that arose after the launch of Version 1.5.
In a post on X (Twitter), they acknowledged that insufficient pre-release testing and unresolved technical difficulties contributed to a subpar experience, and the team take full responsibility for these shortcomings. As a result, Version 1.5 will be extended until June 12 to allow more time for optimization and stability improvements. Multiple in-game events and store features tied to this version have also been extended accordingly.
Also, the weekly task system “Starlit Pursuit” has been delayed to Version 1.6 in order to address co-op feedback and refine gameplay mechanics. As compensation, all players will receive 360 Starlit Crystals. And, the team mentioned that the Threads of Reunion storyline and related content were not removed from the game and are planned for future updates (once technical challenges are resolved). In addition, upcoming updates will include expanded reward systems and improved platform performance, with special attention to PlayStation compatibility.
As a way to rebuild player trust and improve communication, the team is launching a new initiative called “Miraland Round Table” — inviting players to submit feedback through dedicated channels. They promised daily compensation between June 5 and 12 in the form of Diamonds and Energy Crystals.
