Have you taken part in any of the previous alpha tests for Seekers of Skyveil? If so, the team at Elodie Games threw a small nod to you in their announcements today. You'll be getting a nifty animated Lily emote in the PvEvP extraction title.
Haven't been lucky enough to get a key? Well, there's still time as the next NA closed test starts tomorrow, August 8th, at 8 PM EST. The test will only run for 4 hours, but a second round of testing will run the following day at the same times. You could try to wishlist the game on Steam and request access for a key, but the team will also be tossing keys out on Twitch streams.
If neither day works for you or you just don't get a key, you won't have to wait long for another shot. Seekers of Skyveil is headed to closed beta in September.
In a new video, the team gives you their take on the gameplay and modes available in "SWOSS", and we get some insight into the plans for "endgame." Sure, you wouldn't expect a game inspired by MOBAs and extraction shooters to have an "MMO" type of endgame, but the team does have high-end gameplay loops planned. We also get to see the game's diverse cast of characters and the intentional design choices being made to try and provide an inclusive cast of heroes from which to choose.
