MMOBOMB
Jul 17, 2025
There’s a new update coming to Lost Ark on July 23, featuring new content and quality-of-life improvements.
The focus is the launch of Paradise, which includes three key components: Allesian, a wave defense mode; Crucible, a one-on-one boss battle activity; and Descent, a 100-floor challenge unlocked via keys earned from Crucible. These features aim to make progression more rewarding and engaging. Solo Mode Aear is also making its debut, with adjustments to ensure greater accessibility. The features were all highlighted in today's Eye on Arkesia video, which expands on information we covered last Friday.
There are quality-of-life improvements, too. Players of the free-to-play MMORPG will see simplified Una’s Tasks, the Luminous Gem System, tripod, and epic engraving removals, easier crafting requirements for Tier 2 and 3 gear, and a revamped Party Finder screen, which now visually shows party characters grouped together. New hairstyles are finally arriving as well, alongside this year’s summer swimwear skins.
In the future, the Valkyrie class is set for an August release. It will come with a matching skin and weapon chest in the store. In the meantime, players can enjoy a new Makoko Boot Camp event and the Maharaka Festival.
