With the danger facing all of Teyvat, and the return of the Lantern Rite event on the 29th, it only makes sense for her to show up now. The arrival of the Lantern Rite event also means new rewards for players, including Primogems, Intertwined Fates, and a new outfit for Yaoyao. Players can also purchase a new outfit for Neuvillete at a discount after completing a special quest.
