Today, a new a new Prime joins Warframe’s lineup. Known as the “Saint of Altra”, Gauss Prime boasts the power of forgotten tech and was at the Tower of Altra in a last-ditch effort to defend it from enemy forces. Using this forgotten tech, he was able to cross a minefield and clear out the enemy, earning his title.

Using these same abilities, the Gauss players will be able to build – provided they have the required blueprint, chassis, systems, and neuroptics – will be able to take on swarms of enemies, knocking them down using Mach Rush. He can also convert kinetic energy into an elemental blast or defensive plating. Even his battery core can be manipulated and pushed beyond its limits to increase attack, reload, and movement speeds. Gauss is introduced alongside new tech weapons and special cosmetic items.
