Try All Nine New Elite Specializations In Guild Wars 2 Now

Guild Wars 2 is offering players a chance to explore all nine new elite specializations in a beta event ahead of the launch of Visions of Eternity on October 28. Running from now until August 27 at 10 PM (Pacific Time), this event allows players of the free-to-play MMORPG to experiment with new talents, skills, and builds, such as harnessing mercurial mold with the Amalgam or raining arrows on foes with the Galeshot. 

Any Guild Wars 2 account in good standing, including free accounts, can participate without pre-purchasing the expansion. Players will automatically receive character slots labeled “Beta,” which can be used to create characters from any of the nine professions. Once in the beta, players can explore the open world, engage in group content such as Fractals of the Mists at Fort Marriner, or participate in World vs. World and structured Player vs. Player modes.

It is important to note that all beta characters and progress, including rewards and currency, will be deleted when the event ends. The developers are encouraging players to provide feedback on their experience, sharing what they enjoyed or disliked, and suggestions for improvement. 

This beta offers an early, hands-on opportunity to engage with the new elite specializations and provide input before the official launch.
