About
Okhlos: Omega is an indie action comedy strategy game published by Devolver Digital and developed by Coffee Powered Machine. The single-player experience lets players rally angry mobs to challenge the oppressive gods of mythological Greece. You will topple beastly minotaurs, bring down sacred temples, and confront the almighty Olympians themselves. This quest for freedom from Mount Olympus involves recruiting and balancing an unruly mob with warriors, peasants, slaves, and even livestock. It is total anarchy in the birthplace of democracy. The people are angry and have united behind noble philosophers to take down soldiers, mythical beasts, and temples under the control of twelve vile gods. You can carefully recruit followers from various classes and unlock special units or swap them for one of 100 legendary heroes. Using powers from figures like Heracles, Leonidas, Pandora, and Socrates allows you to upgrade the mob and increase their savagery. Every campaign against the gods is different with changes to heroes, monsters, bosses, and even the mob itself each time you set out for battle. Traverse eight procedurally generated Greek cities where you will never fight through the same world twice. Make your way through all manner of beasts, warriors, and demi-gods to arrive at the feet of the maleficent Olympians. Unleash the power of the people in epic boss battles set against ancient ruins before they were ancient.
