About
Slay the Princess: The Pristine Cut is an indie horror visual novel and RPG developed and published by Black Tabby Games. This adventure simulation title was released on October 22, 2023. It offers a single-player experience where you must navigate a path in the woods leading to a cabin with a princess in its basement. The premise requires you to slay the princess because failing to do so will end the world. She will charm and lie to stop you from reaching her, but you must not let her kill you. The narrative features full voice acting by Jonathan Sims and Nichole Goodnight. Visuals consist of hand-penciled art where every background and sprite is drawn traditionally with pencil and paper by Abby Howard. You are warned that the princess will try everything in her power to prevent your success. The fate of the world rests on your shoulders as you decide whether to listen to her or proceed with your mission.
