In just two days, on January 18, Team Jade will release the next Season in Delta Force. Titled Starfall, the new Season will introduce two new maps to the shooter, extend areas in Operation maps, and add two new modes and a new Engineer Operator. Other new content includes new weapons and vehicles.
One of the new modes being introduced in the update is a 3v3v3 PvP mode titled Hot Zone. In this mode, squads fight to secure and upload the MandelCell. To win, a team either needs to eliminate all the enemies or upload the MandelCell. Players start out with points that can be spent on gear presets before each round. More points are earned as they play. A major difference between this and other modes is that there are no general collectibles. Players can only obtain combat supplies.
The new Engineer Operator being introduced in Starfall, Alexi Petrov (codename: Sineva), uses Grapple Guns and Razor Wire in his kit. He also wears his Blast Shield on his back when not equipped to protect him from rear attacks.
